UNCERTAIN LEVANTINE. 4th century BC. AR Tetartemorion (6.5mm, 0.14 g, 10h). Janiform head of Silenos on left, satyr on right, with a third face facing upward from the top / Slinger in throwing stance right; E to left, triskeles to right; all within incuse square. Triton IX, lot 1063 (top face not noted), otherwise unpublished. VF, some porosity, obverse off center. Extremely rare, apparently the second known.

The reverse on this unpublished tetartemorion imitates the reverse type of the early wrestlers-slinger staters of Aspendos, a prolific coinage that was widely circulated.
