Commemorative Series. AD 330-354. Æ Follis (15.5mm, 1.62 g, 12h). Hybrid of Constantinopolis/Roma types. Lugdunum (Lyon) mint, 1st officina. Struck under Constantine I, AD 330-331. Laureate and helmeted bust of Constantinopolis left, wearing imperial mantle, with spear over left shoulder / She-wolf standing left, suckling the twins Romulus and Remus; two stars above; PLG. Cf. RIC VII 241/242 (for obv./rev.); cf. Lyon 202/201. VF, a little rough. Very rare.
