OIITIIEOOO SIVSPPΛVC, pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and decorated shield / SΛLVS ΠΞI PV(quadrate B) LICΛE, Theodosius II seated facing on curule chair and Valentinian III standing facing, each wearing consular robes and holding mappa and large cross; star above; COIIOO.
