Bronze fibula in the shape of a horse. Roman, 2nd-3rd centuries AD. Stylized horse with large head and short, stubby legs. Neck decorated with a series of annulets, body with blue and red enamel inlay.
Length: 3.9cm. Green patina. Hinge and pin missing. Cf. Hattatt 1180-84.
