SICILY, Syracuse. Pyrrhos. 278-276 BC. Æ Litra (22mm, 7.56 g, 10h). Head of Herakles left, wearing lion-skin / Athena Promachos advancing right, holding thunderbolt and shield; to right, owl standing right, head facing. BAR Issue 52; CNS 175 Rs 35 (and 177 Rs 35); HGC 2, 1450. Good VF, dark green patina.
CNS 175 Rs 35 and 177 Rs 35 seem to refer to the same issue. CNS 177 coins should have a control mark on the obverse, but none of the illustrated coins in CNS show any mark at all on the obverse.
