New Kingdom. 18th Dynasty. Thutmose III (1479-1425 BC). Blue glazed steatite scarab (14x10mm). Face engraved in two registers: in top register, cartouche of Thutmose III flanked by
ma’at feathers; lower register contains a
djed pillar flanked by
uraei. Pierced. Small chip at lower back, otherwise well-preserved and attractive.
