New Kingdom. Circa 1550-1070 BC. Green glazed steatite scaraboid (11x7mm). Back in the shape of a uraeus (royal cobra). Face depicts a mirrored lotus pattern, representing Upper Egypt. Pierced. An attractive and well-preserved specimen. Rare. Cf. NFA 218.
