Struck circa 785-792/3. + OFFΛ REX +, diademed bust right / PE (HT) VΛ L∂ in angles of a Celtic cross with a long cross fleury on limbs over central small saltire cross of petals. Chick 129a = EMC 2001.0778 (this coin); SCBI 9 (Ashmolean), 8; BMC 26; North 295; SCBC 905. VF, soft in center of obverse, toned. Very rare.
