Struck circa 830-837/8. + EDE·L··S·TA·Λ·I·, large barred A, pellets flanking, no inner circle / + REX ANG (pellets and wedges within), large barred ω, pellets flanking, no inner circle. Naismith E32 var. (pellets in legends); SCBI –; cf. BMC 19; North 439; SCBC 950. VF, toned, tiny edge nick. Rare.
