THESSALY, Magnetes. Mid 2nd-mid 1st centuries BC. Æ Tetrachalkon (18mm, 7.98 g, 12h). Laureate head of Zeus right / MAΓNHTΩ[N], the Centaur Chiron advancing right, holding branch over shoulder; thunderbolt to lower right. Cf. Rogers 335; BCD Thessaly II 419.7; HGC 4, 64. VF, dark green patina, obverse a bit weak.
