Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear and shield / Victory standing left, holding long, jeweled cross; I//CONOB. RIC X 219; Depeyrot 74/2. Near EF, small mark on Theodosius’ neck, graffito on the reverse.
