Faience ushabti. Egypt, Late Period, 664-332 BC. Mummiform ushabti with headdress and false beard, holding a pick and hoe. Back bar present. Two lines of inscription in “T” form read:
sHD wsir Pa-dj (“illuminate the Osiris, Padi”).
Height: 11.6cm. Chipped in areas, particularly at back of head, and with minor loss of glaze. Mounted on lucite stand. Attributed in Schneider as Pa-dy-hr, 4.3.1.39/40.
