Blue and black faience lotus flower amulet. Egypt, New Kingdom, 1550-1077 BC. Amulet of a lotus flower, with detailed petals with alternating blue and black glazes. Pierced \ for suspension. Height: 3.5cm. A few chips. An interesting and fairly rare piece, often related to rebirth. Cf. Andrews p. 88.
