Steatite scarab with traces of green glaze. Egypt, New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty. Thutmose III (circa 1479-1425 BC). Face engraved with cartouche of Thutmose III surrounded by r m’t m’t r mn khpr, or “Ra oversees the truth of truths” (14x11mm). Thin cracks and a few chips. Pierced.
