Red jasper intaglio. Roman, 1st-2nd centuries AD. Oval gemstone engraved with a composite “gryllos” figure, consisting of the head of Silenus with the horns of Pan and the scalp of an elephant, holding branch in its tusk (10x8mm). Intact.
