Marcus Aurelius. AD 161-180. Æ Sestertius (33mm, 25.33 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck AD 171. Laureate head right / Fides standing left, holding Victory and aquila. RIC III 998; MIR 18, 218-6/30; Banti 84. Good VF, brown surfaces with touches of green, faint concentric lathe marks on the obverse, a bit of porosity.
