THESSALY, Larissa. Circa 460-450 BC. AR Hemidrachm (14mm, 2.50 g, 5h). Thessalos standing right, holding band across horns of bull forepart leaping right; lotus to lower left / Λ-Α-RI, forepart of bridled horse leaping right; all within incuse square. BCD Thessaly II 357.3; HGC 4, 455. Near VF, toned, a few old scratches.
