MACEDON, Stagira(?). Circa 530-500 BC. AR Obol (7mm, 0.80 g). Floral ornaments radiating from central pellet / Quadripartite incuse square, diagonally divided. Cf. HPM pl. XVI, 35 (larger denomination); cf. HGC 3.1, 688 (stater). VF, a little porous. Extremely rare, unpublished in the standard references.
