Anonymous. Circa 86 BC. AR Denarius (18mm, 4.16 g, 10h). Rome mint. Laureate head of Apollo right; [thunderbolt below] / Jupiter driving galloping quadriga right, hurling thunderbolt and holding reins. Crawford 350A/2; Sydenham 723; RSC 226. VF, toned, a couple of light scratches on Apollo’s cheek.
