Naskh legend: Mehmed bin Murad han azze nasruhu 865 (Mehmed son of Lord Murad, may his victory be glorious, 865); star in center / Naskh legend: khallada mulkahu duriba be Konstantiniye (May his kingdom flourish, struck in Konstantiniye); star in center.
