CAB TPANKVΛΛЄINA CЄB, draped bust right, wearing stephane / Sarapis enthroned left, holding a scepter with his left hand, extending his right hand toward Kerberos seated at his feet, on the throneback is Nike crowning him with a wreath; L Z (date) across field. Köln 2694; Dattari (Savio) 4837; K&G 73.37; Emmett 3459.7 (R5); Staffieri, Alexandria In Nummis 216 (this coin). Good VF, brown patina with touches of red and green, a bit of roughness. Extremely rare.
