THESSALY, Pherai. Early-mid 3rd century BC. Æ Chalkous (15mm, 4.55 g, 4h). Head of the water nymph Hypereia facing slightly left, wearing wreath of reeds; to left, fish swimming upward / ΦEPAIΩN, Ennodia, wearing long chiton and holding long torch transversely across her body, seated facing on horse galloping right; to upper left, lion’s head fountain spout to left, with water pouring from its mouth.
