NAPOLEONE IMPERATORE E RE, laureate head right; circlet of nine stars above; below head, broken wheel and palm frond crossed with laurel branch / NON DI LUI MA DI CHI LO TRADI IMAGO, Prometheus left, chained hand and foot to rock face of mountain; to right, eagle standing right on outcropping, picking at Prometheus’ side to extract his liver.
