THESSALY, Larissa. Circa 380-365 BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 6.05 g, 12h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left / ΛΑ-Ρ-[Ι]ΣΑ/[IΩN], Thessalos, wearing petasos and chlamys, preparing to vault onto back of bridled horse cantering to right. L&S Series 3, Dies O1/R2; BCD Thessaly II 291; HGC 4, 443. Good VF, deeply toned, a few minor die breaks.
