Marcus Aurelius. As Caesar, AD 139-161. Æ Sestertius (32mm, 26.08 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, AD 152-153. Bareheaded and draped bust right / Minerva seated right, holding spear and parazonium, with shield at side. RIC III 1309b (Pius); Banti 329. Good VF, dark brown patina, a few minor cleaning marks. Excellent portrait.
