Wreathed head of Persephone left / Ajax advancing right, brandishing sword and shield decorated with griffin; L between legs, spear on ground. BMC Central Greece -; SNG Copenhagen -; McClean 5433. Good VF, small flan flaw on reverse, reverse slightly double struck. Rare variety with 'L' on the reverse. ($2500)
