SELEUKID EMPIRE. Seleukos I Nikator. 312-281 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26.5mm, 16.29 g, 10h). Alexandrine types struck in the name of Seleukos I. Uncertain mint. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; two monograms in left field and monogram below throne. SC 296; HGC 9, 12o. VF, toned, granular surfaces, two scrapes on the obverse. Very rare.
