Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; in left field, monogram; below throne, letters above strut. Varieties in lot include: a) monogram in left field, APX above strut (24.8mm, 16.17 g, 3h); b) monogram in left field, APX above strut (25.8mm, 15.73 g, 12h); c) monogram within circle in left field, APX above strut (24.8mm, 16.38 g, 11h). a) SC 399.1a; b) 399.1b; c) SC 399.1-2 transition; and HGC 9, 125c for all three. Average VF, toned, some porosity and/or roughness.
