Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / Construction of Carthage: Dido standing left, holding ruler and scepter; to left, mason atop arched city gate; below, man digging with pick and murex shell. Cf. Rouvier 2534; cf. BMC 470. Near VF, earthen green-brown surfaces. Rare.
