ROMAN IMPERIAL. 3rd century AD. Æ counterfeiter’s die (26x26mm, 65.09 g). Quadrate die with attached tang, impressed with a Jupiter of Sol aureus/antoninianus(?) reverse. Cf. RIC V 641 (for type). VF, some oxide on die surface, otherwise well preserved .
