PLANTAGENET. Richard II. 1377-1399. AR Groat (26mm, 4.52 g, 1h). Type III. Tower (London) mint. Crowned facing bust within tressure of nine arcs / Long cross pattée; trilobes in quarters. North 1321; SCBC 1680. Fine, toned, flan flaw on obverse, reverse double struck with numerous cleaning marks that remove most of the trilobes.
