(rosette) , flag on pole surmounted by skull-and-crossbones wearing Liberty Cap decorated with lis; torch to left, halberd to right / AU MAUX/VIOLENTS ·/LES VIOLENTS/REMÈDES :/LA GUILLOTINE/SERA BIENTOT/NÉCESSAIRE in seven lines.
