Head of Alexander right, wearing elephant's skin headdress / PTOLEMAIOU, Athena Alkidemos walking right, holding spear and shield; caduceus to left, eagle on thunderbolt to right. Svoronos 96; SNG Copenhagen -; Jenkins, "An Early Ptolemaic Hoard from Phacous," ANSMN IX (1960), pl. IV, 7 (this coin). Toned, good VF. Very rare, only four specimens cited by Svoronos. ($7500)
