Heads of Agrippa, wearing combined rostral crown and laurel wreath, and Augustus, bareheaded, back to back; c/m: large M in incuse square (applied twice?) / Crocodile right, chained to palm frond; at top, wreath with long ties; two palm fronds at base; c/m: large M in incuse square.
