Vertical wreath perpendicularly over three lines, between which is inscribed VO-L[I]/SI-O[S]; ring of pellets and three-armed spiral ring in opposite quarters / Lunate horse left; three pellets below head, DVM-NOCO-(VE)r-OS around.
