This coin bears a figure of the goddess of health and well-being (Latin: Salus). Bland, Burnett, and Bendall list several other types of Caesarea-Germanica, but not this type ("The mints of Pescennius Niger in the light of some new aurei," NumChron (1987), p. 81).
