Germanicus. Died AD 19. Æ Dupondius (29mm, 13.23 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Gaius (Caligula), AD 37-41. Germanicus driving triumphal quadriga right, holding eagle-tipped scepter and reins / Germanicus standing left, raising hand and holding aquila. RIC I 57 (Gaius). Fine, dark brown and tan surfaces with traces of red.
