SCOTLAND. David II. 1329-1371. AR Halfgroat (22mm, 2.07 g, 5h). Second coinage, Group C. Edinburgh mint. Struck 1357-1367. Crowned old bust left; scepter to left; all within tressure of arches / Long cross pattée; mullet with central rosette in each quarter, two crosses at end of outer legend. SCBI 35 (Ashmolean & Hunterian), 399 (crosses not noted); SCBC 5109. Near VF, toned.
