Horseman riding left, holding flower; monogram below / Warrior, in Persian dress, standing right, holding lance and bow; palm tree to left; all in dotted square within incuse square. Casabonne Type D3 var. (horseman right, no monogram or palm tree); SNG BN –; SNG Levante –; SNG von Aulock –; SNG Ashmolean 1838 = ACGC 1036 var. (same). Fine, test cuts, double struck on obverse. Very rare.
