CELTIC. Corieltauvi. 'South Ferriby' type. Circa 45-10 BC. AV Stater (5.54 gm). Disjointed head of Apollo right / Horse left, composed of crescents; six-rayed star below. Hobbs 3164; Van Arsdell 811-1; SCBC 390. Good VF, an exceptionally sharp strike on the obverse. ($300)
