MESOPOTAMIA. Neo-Babylonian cylinder seal. Circa 900-700 BC. White chalcedony, 17x10 mm. A four-winged god, as Master of Animals, grasping two lions by the forepaws while two hounds attack them; crescent and star in field. Good condition, slightly worn. ($500)
