Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right of Macrinus vis-à-vis bareheaded and draped bust left of Diadumenian / Mercury standing left, holding purse and caduceus; E (mark of value) to right. H&J, Marcianopolis 6.24.10.2; Varbanov 1193a. Good VF, dark green patina, some minor porosity and smoothing.
