Laureate and draped bust right / NILVS above, S C in exergue, Nilus reclining right, leaning on rock, holding reed and cornucopia on which two children are climbing; to right, hippopotamus standing left among reeds; crocodile below. RIC II 863; Banti 561. VF, green and brown surfaces, areas filled and heavily smoothed, evidence of tooling. Struck on a heavy, medallic flan.
