IMP C P LIC GALLIENVS AVG, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / SALVS AVGG, Salus standing left, holding sceptre in left hand and feeding from patera a snake rising from an altar; S C across field. MIR 36, 29bb; RIC V – (rev. type of Valerian I, as 173); Banti –. Near VF, dark green patina, light roughness. Extremely rare, only one specimen noted by MIR (in the KMH [Vienna]).
