PHOENICIA, Tyre. Caracalla. AD 198-217. AR Tetradrachm (25.5mm, 11.54 g, 12h). Struck AD 213-215. Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Eagle standing facing on club right, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; murex shell between legs. Prieur 1546. Good VF, toned with underlying luster. Very rare, seven known to Prieur, and two in CoinArchives.
