Draped bust right, wearing stephane / ΠЄΡΙ/ΟΔΟС/ΔЄΚΑ/Τ Η in four lines across field; all within wreath. Köln 2512; Dattari (Savio) 4534 & 10088; K&G 64.37; Emmett 3233.10 (R3–
obv. of this coin illustrated on p. 157). Good VF, dark brown patina with touches of red. Very rare, only this coin in CoinArchives. This reverse type commemorates the Decennalia of Severus Alexander.
