BADGER/ DUDLEY in five lines across field, an ornament below; all within a meander pattern border / DUDLEY & BIRMINGHAM TOKEN around, 1811/ ONE PENNY in two lines in exergue, a figure of Justice standing facing, holding sword and scales, between a bale and a cask inscribed RESPON/SIBILITY in two lines. On the corner of the bale and on the ground at the left, H; all within a meander pattern border. Edge: Center grained \\\\\\. Davis 6; W 725; TB 725-31. EF, brown surfaces, some red.
