CYRRHESTICA, Hierapolis. Caracalla. AD 198-217. AR Tetradrachm (25mm, 14.96 g, 1h). Struck circa AD 215-217. Radiate bust left, slight drapery / Eagle standing facing, head and tail right, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; between legs, lion advancing right. Prieur 927. Lightly toned, a bit of porosity. VF. Extremely rare, only five noted by Prieur, and one in CoinArchives.
