SELEUCIS and PIERIA, Laodicea ad Mare. Geta. AD 209-211. AR Tetradrachm (27mm, 13.94 g, 1h). Struck circa AD 208-209. Laureate and draped bust right, slight beard / Eagle standing facing, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; star between legs. Prieur 1161 (this coin). Iridescently toned with underlying luster. Good VF. Extremely rare, only two noted by Prieur, and three in CoinArchives.
