Radiate and draped bust of Sol facing slightly right / Shrine of Venus Cloacina: Circular platform surmounted by two statues of the goddess, each resting right hand on cippus, the platform inscribed CLO[ACIN] and ornamented with trellis-pattern balustrade, flight of steps and portico on left. Crawford 494/43a; CRI 189; Sydenham 1094; Mussidia 7; RBW 1747. Toned, struck slightly off center, minor marks and a small area of edge smoothing. Good VF.
